To answer the age-old questions "How hot does it get in the attic in the summer?" and "How can I tell the humidity of my cigars, without opening the darn thing every time and letting that precious moisture out?" so I installed a few remote thermometer/hygrometers in select locations around the house. Once I have a year or so of data, I will add some insulation to the attic, and then we can see how much of a difference it really makes! Will it be enough ? . . .
Outdoors - Back Porch, under the railing of the deck,
underneath a tree - no direct sun.
Attic - Hanging right smack in the middle of the house, about
two feet below the roof.
Living Room - Leaning against the wall, on top of a picture,
the center-most wall of the house.
Humidor - Resting inside Mark's humidor, which is in the
closet someplace.
